D'Addario H410XLM Helicore 17"+ Viola String Set, Steel Core
SKU:
ae00-61251
Manufacturer Part #:
H410XLM
Features:
Helicore viola strings are crafted with a multi-stranded steel core, making for optimum playability and producing a clear, warm tone. The smaller string diameter provides quick bow response. Premium quality materials combine with skilled workmanship to craft strings with excellent pitch stability and longevity. Sized to fit long-scale viola (body length 16-16 1/2 inches) with a playing length of 15 inches (380mm), heavy tension strings will allow for greater projection and volume potential. The H415 high E string is tin-plated high carbon steel, similar to a violin plain steel E string except scaled to fit viola scale length. The H415 E string is available as a single string only and is not part of the H410 set.
